Lorne Edwards
Visit Phoenix has promoted Lorne Edwards to senior vice president of convention sales and services. Edwards joined the organization in 2012 as director of sales and was promoted to vice president of convention sales and services in 2017. Previously, Edwards had a 16-year sales career at Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
Vinod Sankar
RLH Corporation has appointed Vinod Sankar as its new senior vice president and chief digital officer. In this newly created role, Sankar will be accountable for delivering company growth by evolving RLH Corporation’s global digital strategy, technology innovation, and the online customer experience. Sankar previously served as vice president of product development and partnerships for MSG Ventures.
Robert Haas and Delores Hudson
PCMA has promoted Robert Haas to chief administrative officer. As the organization’s first chief administrative officer, he will be responsible for PCMA’s IT, human resources, data, and finance departments. Haas previously served as PCMA’s first chief innovation officer. He first joined PCMA in 2014.
Delores Hudson has been promoted to vice president of finance. In this role, she will oversee PCMA’s financial infrastructure and accountability as it supports the organization’s mission to be the catalyst for global economic and social progress. Hudson has almost three decades of financial reporting experience. She first joined PCMA in 2016 as director of finance.
Kevin Edwards
Kevin Edwards, global manager of the diversity and inclusion program at Bechtel, is a recipient of the National Society of Black Engineers’ Golden Torch Award. Edwards was recognized at the National Society of Black Engineers’ annual convention’s gala on March 30 for his leadership of the company’s efforts to strengthen its hiring, retention, and advancement of minorities and women.
