Move the loungers off the ground, and you’ve got enough room to host a refreshing alfresco lunch or a lantern-lit BBQ for up to 1,500 guests.

From the moodiness of a prohibition-style speakeasy, to a VIP get-together featuring trapeze artists, live bands and DJs, to a food-focused party where local artists work in tandem with chefs—the common thread here is exclusivity.
Memorable Meals
At Gaylord Texan, a dinner out with your attendees is never just a dinner. All around the resort, you’ll find restaurants that double as experiences. Burgers and beers at the Texan Station can transform into an opportunity to watch a game together on the Texas-sized, 52 foot-wide TV. A flavorful meal at the open-air, Tex-Mex Riverwalk Cantina offers a chance for attendees to stroll the surrounding Riverwalk Atrium, designed with winding walkways modeled after the famous San Antonio River Walk. A sumptuous steak dinner at the Old Hickory Steakhouse can be kicked off with a private, expert-led bourbon tasting. After dinner, your attendees can walk over to Glass Cactus—a modern, stunning waterfront event venue that’s part of the resort. It features two large outdoor terraces, where folks can cap off the night by watching the moon over the beautiful, sparkling Lake Grapevine.
