Human innovation and creativity author, speaker to anchor three-day programme
Fredrik Haren, considered one of Sweden’s top speakers of all time, will share his insights on becoming more creative and innovative to better embrace disruption and change, as part of the 2019 PCMA European Influencers Summit in Barcelona.
Haren has delivered more than 2,000 speeches in 67 countries. He is the author of ten books including “Developing World” and “The Idea Book.” He joins main stage presenters, BBC mentalist David Meade, business thought leader Rik Vera and moderator Katrina Sichel, a communications specialist, who has produced news packages for the BBC, Sky News, Associated Press and Reuters.
The 22-24 September programme will also feature more than a dozen industry leaders delivering thought-provoking presentations, master classes, off-site learning tours and collaborative workshops for the unique business events congress.
“We are honoured to have such high-calibre speakers and visionaries at our 2019 European Influencers Summit to demonstrate how business events organisations can continue to grow and drive global economic and social progress,” said Luca Favetta, PCMA regional business director for EMEA. “Our unique programme is specifically designed for senior business events executives and strategists to influence and change our industry.”
The 2019 event will be PCMA’s third European Influencers Summit, which convenes organisations that don’t traditionally meet concurrently. The exclusive programme is designed to help EMEA’s mature business events industry understand external and internal disruptors and deliver solutions to ensure success.
Unique education
The European Influencers Summit, held at the Centre Convencions Internacional Barcelona, will feature a unique approach to education. Invitation-only master classes will connect association executives with strategic advisors. Off-site learning tours will take participants out of the traditional meeting room and into different venues throughout Barcelona. An “Ideathon” will have all attendees participate in a workshop to co-create solutions related to product and service innovation.
