Sponsorship Opportunities

The PCMA Chesapeake Chapter’s educational programs and events provide an intimate experience for planners and suppliers alike. PCMA is the premier educational and networking forum for fostering client relationships. Sponsorships are a great way to gain exposure to all industry professionals in the Chesapeake Region (MD and DE).

Currently we have three sponsorship opportunities which include the following:

1) Venue Sponsor provides complimentary meeting space and food and beverage. The Venue Sponsor receives recognition on the program email blast, five complimentary registrations, and a five minute presentation at the program.

 2) Service Sponsor provides certain services such as audio visual, signage, and transportation needs for a given program. Depending on the service an in-kind amount will be negotiated at that time. The Service Sponsor will receive three complimentary registrations and recognition on the program email.

3) Monetary Sponsor will provide a one-time fee of $300.00 paid to the Chesapeake Chapter to enhance programs and speakers throughout the year. The Monetary Sponsor will receive recognition on the Chapter website as well as well as recognition on an upcoming program email.

Your sponsorship is not deductible as a charitable contribution. It may be deductible as a business expense. Check with your tax advisor.
