There may be a number of reasons to host your next meeting in Philadelphia, but there’s only one Philadelphia Citywide Auction. With one convention available between the years of 2015 and 2025, the minimum bid investment starts at only $75,000. Or you can exercise the Buy Now option for only $125,000 and the citywide is yours and the auction closes. This auction closes on November 30, 2014.

Interested Bidders

STEP 1: Read the Terms & Conditions and Check Your Dates

STEP 2: If your Dates are available, PCMA will arrange for a conference call between you and your team/company, PCMA, the destination/convention center to discuss your meeting specification requirements and expectations in more detail.

STEP 3: Bid or Buy the Auction immediately and the package is yours.  If you need to first present the opportunity and cost savings to your board, let us know… we’re happy to help you.

STEP 4: Execute auction contract/payment terms with PCMA and Letter of Confirmation/License agreement with convention center, and then begin working on your hotel contracts.
