Jeanine Warisse Turner, Ph.D.
Associate Professor
Communication, Culture, and Technology Program


Dr. Turner is Associate Professor in the Culture, Communication and Technology Program at Georgetown University. Her research focuses on the use of new communication technologies within organizations, including how communication changes and is changed by the use of new methods of exchanging messages. Some of her recent publications include "Computer-based Telecommunication Among an Illness-Related Community: System Design, Service Delivery and Early Use," Health Communication, and "The Ohio Telemedicine System for Prison Inmates," Telemedicine Journal.



Rebecca D. Heino, Ph.D.

Assistant Professor
McDonough School of Business


Professor Heino holds a Ph.D. in organizational communication from the University of Southern California. Currently she teaches MBA students at the McDonough School of Business and researches the effects of communication technology on relationships and organizational development. She is an expert in management communication, intercultural communication, critical conversations, and public speaking. In her consulting, Rebecca works with executives on persuasion, change management, public speaking, conflict management, and emotional intelligence.


Michael J Fitzgerald, Ph.D.
Professor of Practice
McDonough School of Business

Professor Michael Fitzgerald, Ph.D., led the project and implementation team for the firm-wide rollout of the Board Diversity Initiative at Booz Allen Hamilton, a multi‐year program launched to address climate and systems change. He was directly responsible for managing the project team that developed, launched, supported, and monitored more than fifty regional action plans worldwide. He has extensive experience as a consultant and educator, leading programs in many companies for the National Business Disabilities Council, and teaching at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He has received multiple awards for teaching excellence.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation of Registration must be submitted in writing via e-mail to events@pcma.org and must be dated on or before 5:00pm CST on May 5th, 2010 to receive less a cancellation processing fee based on your registration type.

Any cancellations made after the May 5th deadline will not receive a refund. No refunds for no-shows.
